Talent-C is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the international rollout of Coupa P2P for a leading global insurance group. This role can be permanent or freelance, offering flexibility for multinational projects.

You will lead change management activities across countries, develop change, communication and training plans, and drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement and resistance management. Experience with Coupa, SAP or PeopleSoft is a plus.
