Formación

• 3-6 years of experience in change management for senior and 1-3 years for junior roles.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies like Prosci and tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.

We are looking for a Change Management Specialist to support the CMC team in managing change across various transformation initiatives within the Lead to Cash program, following the Prosci methodology framework.

Responsibilities:

• Change Management Expertise: Understanding change processes, principles, and methodologies like Prosci and ADKAR Model; familiarity with change management tools and trends.
• Communication & Facilitation: Creating clear, effective materials to communicate complex ideas visually and verbally; designing and facilitating workshops to engage stakeholders.
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strategic planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and priority setting.
• Relationship Building: Coaching and mentoring leaders, managers, and teams through change.
• Execution & Adaptability: Project management, including coordination, planning, budgeting, and risk management.

Requirements:

• Over 3-6 years of experience (senior) and 1-3 years of experience (junior) in change management.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies, especially Prosci.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, with experience working in such environments.
• Prosci certification is required.

Location: Onshore/Nearshore (Spain/Portugal).

Travel: Regular trips to Madrid.
