This role involves supporting change management initiatives, utilizing the Prosci methodology, and facilitating workshops to ensure effective stakeholder engagement. Formación

• Over 3-6 years' experience in Change Management.
• Prosci certification required.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) preferable.

We are looking for a Change Management – to support the CMC team on the management of change across the different transformation initiatives part of the Lead to Cash program – following the Prosci methodology framework.

Responsabilities :

• Change Management Expertise
• Understanding of change processes, principles, and methodologies like the Prosci Methodology and ADKAR Model.
• Familiarity with change management tools and evolving trends.
• Communication & Facilitations
• Presentation skills : Creation of clear, effective and well-structured materials to communicate complex ideas visually and verbally
• Workshops design & facilitation : Planning and conducting collaborative workshops to engage stakeholders.
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking
• Strategic Planning, Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, Decision Making, Priority Setting
• Relationships Building
• Coaching and mentoring : Supporting leaders, managers, and teams through change, and
• Project Management : Coordinating efforts, planning, budgeting, and risk management.

Requirements :

• 1 advanced (over 3-6 years’ experience) and 2 juniors (1-3 years’ experience)
• Methodologies :
• Change Mgt Methodology : Knowledge of Change Management Methodologies (Prosci)
• Agile Methodologies : Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban etc.) and an experience working in such contexts
• Certification and tools :
• Change Management Certification : To be listed (Prosci certification is required)

Location : Onshore / Nearshore. (Spain / Portugal).

Travel Required : Regular trips to Madrid.
