Se valorará la experiencia en metodologías ágiles y habilidades de comunicación efectivas para involucrar a las partes interesadas.

Formación

• Experiencia en gestión del cambio y metodologías ágiles.
• Conocimiento en herramientas de gestión del cambio y tendencias emergentes.
• Habilidades de presentación y planificación de talleres.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar al equipo CMC en la gestión del cambio en iniciativas de transformación.
• Crear materiales claros y efectivos para comunicar ideas complejas.
• Coordinar esfuerzos en gestión de proyectos y riesgos.

We are seeking a Change Management professional to support the CMC team in managing change across various transformation initiatives within the Lead to Cash program, following the Prosci methodology framework.

Responsibilities :

Change Management Expertise

• Understanding of change processes, principles, and methodologies like Prosci and ADKAR.
• Familiarity with change management tools and emerging trends.

Communication & Facilitation

• Presentation skills: Creating clear, effective, and well-structured materials to communicate complex ideas visually and verbally.
• Workshop design & facilitation: Planning and conducting workshops to engage stakeholders.

Strategic & Analytical Thinking

• Strategic planning, problem-solving, analytical thinking, decision-making, and priority setting.

Relationship Building

• Coaching and mentoring: Supporting leaders, managers, and teams through change.
• Project management: Coordinating efforts, planning, budgeting, and risk management.

Requirements :

Experience levels: 1 senior (over 3-6 years) and 2 junior (1-3 years).

Methodologies :

• Change Management Methodology: Knowledge of Prosci and other change management methodologies.
• Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, with experience working in such environments.

Certifications and tools :

• Change Management Certification: Prosci certification is required.

Location : Onshore / Nearshore (Spain / Portugal).

Travel : Regular trips to Madrid.
