N26 in Madrid is seeking a Project Manager to join the Change Management and Control team, delivering cross-functional initiatives across Operations. You will work with Legal, Business Operations, Product and Growth to guide programs from conception through execution.

Requirements include 5+ years in financial services, 3+ years in fast-paced PM/consulting roles, and fluency in English (German/Spanish a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services.
• 3+ years in fast-paced environments (PM or consulting).
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English; German and Spanish are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions on roadmap development and business case formulation.
• Prepare and support organizational changes impacting Operations.
• Lead initiation, planning and execution of projects within the Change Management & Control framework.
• Manage end-to-end projects from strategic design to delivery with continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate, clear team documentation and track OKRs.
