Formación

• Initial experience or strong interest in banking operations, legal, or regulatory topics.
• Structured working style with excellent organizational skills and the ability to learn best practices.
• Completed bank apprenticeship or a university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, law, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture and manage operational requests.
• Data analytics mindset to understand data and prioritise decisions; SQL experience is a plus.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken) are required; other European languages are a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute business processes on behalf of customers, handling enquiries and orders.
• Support activities within Banking Operations including regulatory requirements and risk controls.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other teams to improve service quality.
• Assist in handling communications with external partners and provide daily support.
• Maintain up-to-date internal documentation to stay compliant and minimise audit risk.
• Handle insolvency and edge cases, understanding legal implications and compliance.
• Improve processes with a customer focus and support incident analysis for operations.
• Provide feedback to teams to streamline processes and standardise workflows.
