Accenture España is seeking a French-speaking Change Management Consultant to support large-scale transformations across Europe, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role is based in Barcelona or Madrid under a hybrid model, requiring residency in Spain and willingness to travel.

You will design change strategies, engage stakeholders, and develop learning and communications to accelerate adoption.

Formación

• Years of experience in Change Management or Organizational Change projects.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformations (ERP, HRIS, CRM, cloud, or business process transformation).
• Strong consulting capabilities, including analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and structured communication.
• Experience creating communication materials, training content, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and international environments.
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365 skills, exposure to AI tools such as Copilot is a plus.
• Fluent French and English (written and spoken) are mandatory.
• Spanish or any other language is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci is a plus.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally when required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day delivery of change management workstreams within complex transformation programs.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and collaborate with project teams across business and technology functions.
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables, presentations, communications, and executive materials.
• Coordinate activities across multiple countries, business units, and stakeholder groups in international environments.
• Support project governance activities, including status reporting, risk management, and steering committee preparation.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, proposal preparation, and client workshops related to Change Management and Adoption.
