Who We Are
BICG is the union of talent from various disciplines applied to think, design, and implement new ways of working strategies, new work models and renovated culture in organizations from different sectors and markets. We are economists, journalists, psychologists, sociologists, mathematicians, computer scientists, engineers, and architects, among other specializations. Ultimately, we form a multidisciplinary creative team with a common denominator: the pursuit of excellence in each project, regardless of the challenge involved. With 25 years of experience in the field, we have found that the most successful organizations are those that pay great attention to the experience of the employees, as well as to the customer experience and those that address these two factors in an integrated manner. Ultimately, we change people’s lives by changing the organizations they work for. Thanks to the implementation of a new Company Experience, we align the company’s goals with the reality that its different audiences live, using most appropriately all the levers available and, especially, seamlessly linking them together. We transform the environment, the processes, and above all, the culture of the company. Change management to help employees transition in the process of transformation is at the core of our activity.
