WHAT YOU'LL DO
  1. Develop and grow your territory by identifying opportunities, expanding accounts, and engaging new decision-makers.
  2. Leverage your network and relationships to connect global learning leaders in multinational companies with goFLUENT's solutions.
  3. Drive revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  4. Collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to nurture your accounts.
  5. Create compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
  6. Attend industry exhibitions and events to expand your reach.
  7. Travel within your territory to strengthen client relationships and close deals.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  1. 1-3+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS & international experience is a plus!).
  2. Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives and senior management.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  4. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  5. Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
  6. Active on social media in a business context (LinkedIn experience preferred).
  7. Experience in Training, e-Learning, or HR services is a big plus!
