FlyBy Aviation Academy is looking for motivated and engaged flight instructors to teach in the fastest-growing flight academy in Europe, located in Spain.

Required skills :

• Fixed Wing Piston Single Engine Type Rating
• EASA CPL
• EASA Class 1 flight crew medical certificate
• FI(A) rating
• The unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
• Full-time and fixed-term employment contract
• Fixed monthly salary + economic incentives based on KPI achievement
• Weekly flight programming
• Internal promotion opportunities : FI – IRI – CRI based on KPI achievement and tenure
• Excellent and welcoming atmosphere
• Challenging airspace operations within 10 IFR airports in less than 1 hour
