We are now seeking founders for our next venture in the Digital Health space. As a founder, you will be in the driving seat, launching and leading your company. We will invest in you and act as your co-founding partners, providing strategic, financial, and operational support across key areas such as Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, Business Development, Fundraising, and Talent to rapidly go from 0 to 1.

As a Co-Founder & CEO, your responsibilities will include:

1. Designing commercial, product, and growth strategies.
2. Building, leading, and motivating a strong team.
3. Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they align with the company's goals and mission.
4. Analyzing challenges and providing solutions to ensure company growth and survival.
5. Reviewing financial and non-financial results to identify improvements.
6. Maintaining deep knowledge of the market and industry.
7. Building trust with key partners and stakeholders.
8. Presenting the company's vision, roadmap, and results to shareholders and investors.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of taking ideas from 0 to 1 and working hands-on.
• At least 5 years of experience in startups or scale-ups, with prior management roles.

Bonus:

• Previous experience in Digital Health.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English and Spanish.
• Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset for solving complex problems with limited resources.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
