Salary : €110–130 K gross / year

A privately held F&B company within a private holding is launching a new Spanish subsidiary in Marbella focused on innovative food & beverage ventures. We’re seeking a forward-thinking CEO with a true startup spirit to open the office, steer operations across Spain, Portugal, Morocco & beyond, and spearhead strategic investments in emerging culinary start-ups.

What You'll Do

  • Launch & lead the Marbella branch with full P&L control.
  • Build and mentor a lean team (3–4 people) serving two sister companies under the holding.
  • Identify, vet and oversee minority investments in F&B start-ups ; provide strategic guidance to founders and report results to the Holding CEO.
  • Act as the public face of the brand, cultivating high-level networks across Spain’s food industry and beyond.
  • Drive market expansion in Iberia & North Africa while aligning with broader EU growth goals.
  • Deliver KPIs, budgets and growth strategy directly to the Holding CEO—quick decisions, zero bureaucracy.

Candidate Profile

  • 8–15 years scaling premium F&B, food-tech or culinary start-ups (not legacy corporates).
  • Millennial or Gen X mindset —fast, agile, innovative.
  • Deep,currentnetwork in Spain’s food industry; connections EU or internationally are highly valued.
  • Proven record of turning ideas into revenue on tight timelines.
  • Fluent English & Spanish ; additional languages a plus.
  • Already Marbella-based or willing to relocate at own cost.
  • Hands-on leader who can pitch investors at 10 AM and negotiate with suppliers at noon.
