IWG in Cataluña seeks a Customer Services Manager to lead our centre’s performance and deliver world-class service for members and guests. You’ll be empowered to run the site as if it were your own business.

You’ll manage every on-site function, tackle challenges, and provide tours to prospective clients while upselling to existing customers. Your leadership will drive a friendly, efficient, and high‑performing team.

Formación

• Experience delivering against targets when leading a small, close-knit team.
• Experience running a flexible workspace centre, or a store, restaurant or any site with high customer focus.
• What matters is mindset: passion, drive, ownership and resilience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all on-site activities and centre operations.
• Rise to challenges and solve problems as they arise.
