Una empresa líder en neumáticos busca un Líder de Célula en Burgos para dirigir un equipo y asegurar la implementación de estándares de seguridad y calidad. Se requiere experiencia mínima de 3 años en la mejora de procesos, preferiblemente en el sector automotriz, y nivel de inglés B2. Formación

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años trabajando con equipos y mejora de procesos en entornos industriales, preferiblemente en el sector automotriz.
  • Nivel de inglés mínimo B2.
  • Capacidades sociales: comunicación efectiva, resiliencia personal y desarrollo de otros.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar el equipo y el proceso de fabricación según estándares de seguridad y calidad.
  • Gestionar el equipo y alcanzar resultados alineados con las necesidades del negocio.

LÍDER DE CÉLULA

Bridgestone Américas, Inc. Job Objectives

  • Lead the team and manufacturing process of the cell according to established safety, quality, environmental, and energy standards. The Cell Leader reports to the ODM of the Construction area and collaborates with other leaders and departments to achieve the cell's global objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the results of the organizational unit (cell(s)) and the implementation of the DMS, ensuring safety, quality, process, maintenance, environment, productivity, and cost targets are met.
  • Manage the team within the organizational unit and achieve results aligned with the main business needs (CBN), master plan, and departmental annual plan.
  • Implement incident elimination (IE), defect management (DH), and maintenance activities (CIL: Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection).
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to meet area results and contribute effectively to business objectives.
  • Plan daily/weekly operations and analyze overall cell results; responsible for operational outcomes.
  • Develop the team towards becoming a high-performance organization.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Technical or higher university education or vocational training (Higher Degree). Internal experience in teams and process improvement for at least 3 years is applicable.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with teams and process improvement in industrial environments, preferably automotive sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • English level minimum B2.
  • Social skills: Effective communication, personal resilience, development of others, collaboration, planning, decision-making, problem-solving, prioritization, results-driven attitude, agility, and a proactive mindset.
