Job summary

Omega CRM Consulting, a dentsu company, seeks a Data Engineer (CDP Specialist) to join a new Product Team and help scale and globally roll out our Customer Data Platform across Human Pharma and Animal Health units, ensuring reliable, compliant data services.

The role emphasizes building data infrastructure, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and delivering high-quality data solutions using modern tools and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or Master degree or equivalent Progressive IT and business experience of 5-10 years preferred.
• 2-5 years Data Engineering experience in big data solutions.
• Excellent SQL and analytical SQL Functions knowledge.
• Experience with Python scripting, Pandas & Dig Dag scripting.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery and software development lifecycle in a DevOps environment.
• Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in incident management and test automation, preferably in the context of a data platform.
• Knowledge of Treasure Data CDP and/or Data Cloud platform is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills and relationship development and management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize data, building and maintaining data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Collaborate with our internal team and external implementation partner to proactively drive problems to resolution.
• Influence and negotiate scope and requirements, championing innovative process changes and technology-enabled solutions.
