Job summary

Bally’s Intralot is seeking a CDD Analyst to perform customer account reviews across AML, RG, and Fraud alerts, ensuring timely handling of manual withdrawals and compliance with regulatory timeframes.

You will keep clear, accessible records of actions and findings for escalation, collaborate with the MLRO and RG teams, and contribute to process improvements. Strong Spanish and English skills, plus MS Office proficiency, are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of members' accounts for AML, RG, and Fraud alerts.
• Escalate findings to MLRO, CDD Manager, and RG Officer as needed.
• Approve withdrawals within Spanish regulatory timeframes.
• Process Deposit Limit Assessments and account reopen requests.
• Collaborate with CS on second-line queries.
