A leading multinational beverage company seeks a Global Quality & Food Safety Director to lead the strategic governance of its QFS systems. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of senior leadership experience in the food and beverage sector, a strong commitment to sustainability, and excellent communication skills. The role requires travel to various sites and offers the opportunity to build and mentor a high-performing team across Europe.

Formación

  • Experience managing multi-site operations in a multinational food company.
  • Strong communication and crisis management skills.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a visionary Director of Quality & Food Safety to lead the strategic direction, governance, and continuous improvement of our Quality & Food Safety (QFS) systems across CCEP. This high-impact role ensures our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and consumer trust, while driving innovation and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy our long-term QFS strategy across all business units.
  • Provide expert guidance to senior leaders on risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee QFS performance across the entire value chain—from suppliers to consumers.
  • Represent CCEP in interactions with food safety authorities and major customers.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional QFS team across Europe.
  • Champion innovation, capability building, and knowledge sharing across the business.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Quality & Food Safety within a multinational food or beverage environment.
  • Experience managing multi-site operations in a multinational food company.
  • A Master’s or PhD in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management skills.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, sustainability, and consumer safety.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple locations.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Location & Travel

    The role is based in GB, Spain, Bulgaria, or the Philippines. Travel to all CCEP sites and occasional overseas meetings are required (~50% travel).
