Your mission in our team As a CBTC Application Team Lead, Lead an international team responsible for CBTC application software, data preparation, and testing for global signaling projects, with potential contribution to ETCS projects according to business needs. The role includes promoting automation, Artificial Intelligence, and advanced data processing where they improve engineering quality, efficiency, and project delivery.

You’ll make a difference by

Leading and developing a diverse, global technical team, fostering a high-performance culture across different time zones.

Driving the adoption of AI tools and advanced data processing (like LIDAR) to optimize ATC application design and testing.

Ensuring all CBTC and ATC solutions strictly adhere to CENELEC safety standards and the V-Model life cycle.

Harmonizing engineering methods globally by promoting automation to improve quality and reduce time-to-market.

Acting as the primary technical escalation point to resolve complex engineering challenges in international projects.

Your success is grounded in

A University degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, Computer Science, or similar).

A solid background in railway signaling engineering, specifically focusing on CBTC systems.

Deep understanding of the railway safety life cycle and CENELEC regulations.

An international mindset with the ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.

Fluency in both English and Spanish, alongside availability for international travel.

You’ll thrive even more if you also bring

Experience or a strong interest in applying Machine Learning and AI to engineering processes.

Previous experience working with ETCS projects.
