About Miravia:

Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead the strategic planning and execution for the skincare category, driving growth and market share in the Spain-Madrid region.
2. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and develop innovative product assortments.
3. Manage the product lifecycle, from selection to retirement, ensuring a balanced portfolio that meets customer needs and aligns with brand objectives.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, marketing, and sales, to develop and implement category-specific initiatives and promotions.
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring product availability and timely deliveries.
6. Monitor performance metrics, such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
7. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance in all category-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. More than eight years of experience in category management, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
3. Proven track record of driving sales growth and market share in a competitive market.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
5. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships.
6. Experience working in a cross-functional environment and leading teams to achieve common goals.
7. Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced, VUCA environment and embrace Alibaba International's eWTP principles.
