El candidato ideal debe tener al menos 5 años de experiencia en un rol de compras en FMCG, dominio del inglés y habilidades en liderazgo y desarrollo de procesos de compra estratégicos. Formación

• Dominar inglés a nivel C1.
• 5 años de experiencia en FMCG en un rol de compras.
• Historial comprobado de asegurar valor por dinero.

Responsabilidades

• Responsable de la compra de la cartera de materiales.
• Definir e implementar estrategias de compras por categoría.
• Proponer precios estándar desafiantes durante el presupuesto anual.
• Monitorear y comunicar insights y tendencias de la categoría.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sourcing of the portfolio entrusted, being specialist in the markets, providing Persán, S.A. with a competitive advantage and continuous improvement by minimizing spend through means such as:
• 1. Competitive sourcing by means of negotiation and/or tenders;
  2. Introduction of new competitive suppliers;
  3. Value Engineering projects with suppliers;
  4. Set and execute suitable purchasing strategies.
• Perform internal and external analysis, generate local opportunity proposals and provide input into global opportunity assessment.
• Define and implement purchasing strategies and/or action plans by category and execute and/or supervise negotiations with suppliers about price, quality and delivery conditions of materials.
• Provide Persán with a competitive advantage by:
• 1. Proposing challenging standard prices during the annual budgeting process, based on the most competitive estimations;
  2. Regular review and communication of risks and opportunities;
  3. Ensuring stability of supply by assessing supplier financial stability and volume capabilities;
  4. Actively monitor and communicate category insights and trends.
• Engage and influence stakeholders.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:

• Academic education: Bachelor´s Degree in Business administration, Engineering or Economics.
• Language skills: English C1.
• 5 years in FMCG in a Procurement role.
• A proven track record of ensuring value for money.
