Job Description:

We are seeking a candidate with experience in procurement, contract, and commercial management within the construction industry. The role involves developing procurement strategies for various construction supply chain tiers, including General Contractors, Tier 2/3 Subcontractors, Suppliers, and OEMs.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of construction industry contracts and procurement processes, and familiarity with multiple construction trades such as civil, architectural, MEP systems, fire protection, and interior fit-out.

Responsibilities include negotiating large-scale construction contracts and managing complex relationship interfaces. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications include a degree in a relevant construction-related discipline such as Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or an equivalent field.
