Formación

What You’ll Do

As a CATe N1 technician, you’ll be at the frontline of our support operations:

  • Monitor and manage business access networks (BA-Networks)
  • Handle technical incidents and customer requests
  • Dispatch work orders and coordinate with internal and external teams
  • Act as a key contact point for customers, managing incidents, complaints, and analysis
  • Provide 24/7 surveillance and first-instance resolution of alarms and events
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

  • Vocational Degree (FP2) or Technical Engineering background
  • Spanish: Mandatory | English: Desirable (effective communication required)
  • Basic to medium knowledge of communications tech (Transmission, Datacom, Core, Access)
  • Understanding of IP services (LAN/WAN/VPN, SD-WAN, Security)
  • Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Forti...)
  • Hands-on with tools like Secure CRT, Putty, FTP, Netcool or Nagios
  • Basic MS Office proficiency; knowledge of Linux, BBDD, or ERP is a plus
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar technical or support role
