Key responsibilities include:

1. Building new listings alongside Account Managers.
2. Serving as a point of contact for escalated issues, providing timely and professional support.
3. Driving initiatives to close catalog gaps across marketplaces.
4. Providing customer-oriented service to sellers and account managers.
5. Identifying and implementing improvements in listing processes.
6. Automating manual steps in listing procedures.
7. Updating internal knowledge reference pages.
8. Leading projects to enhance catalog quality and processes.

Basic qualifications:

• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Fluency in Polish (verbal and written).
