We are looking for a Payment Account Specialist for the Catalan market.

Responsibilities
Assist Catalan-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Provide expert support on payment transactions, security procedures, and account management.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
Onsite in Lisbon
Monday to Sunday - 24/7 Rotative Shifts (including night shifts).
40 hours per week - 8-hour shifts - 2 rotative days off
Mandatory Requirements
C2 Catalan speaker + C1 English proficiency (language levels are mandatory).
EU nationality or valid Portuguese residence permit (Manifestation of Interest or Residence Permit Card required).
Customer support experience in a call center is a must.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations professionally.
Salary & Benefits
Total Compensation: Approx. 1,098/month (paid in 12 months), including: - Base Salary - Complexity Bonus - Meal Allowance - Transport Allowance

1,000 Welcome Bonus (separate from the monthly salary).

Accommodation in a private bedroom for 280 euros per month (discounted on the salary).
