Job summary

RWS TrainAI is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors for a Catalan speech data collection project. This freelance, work-from-home role offers flexible, task-based work (~2–4 hours daily) with immediate start.

You will record natural speech, annotate data, and provide metadata to support evaluation and development of AI technologies. The ideal candidate is a native Catalan speaker with strong English, comfortable with remote work, and able to follow project guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Catalan.
• Advanced level of English to understand written instructions.
• Experience with speech recording or data annotation projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Record or collect natural, spontaneous speech following project guidelines.
• Capture speech from real-life situations such as workplace conversations or casual discussions.
• Complete conversational speech tasks and annotate data according to instructions.
• Provide required metadata and recording information.
