Job summary

AIG Europe S.A. (Spain branch) seeks a Claims professional to handle Casualty Auto portfolio of low complexity claims from enquiry through liability assessment and timely resolution, ensuring high-quality customer service and regulatory compliance.

You will work with a Team Manager/Senior Adjuster to ensure effective vendor and litigation management, participate in QA reviews, and contribute to maintaining best practices in Casualty claims handling.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, mainly in Claims or Operations.
• Knowledge of legal/regulatory and procedural requirements.
• Result driven with capacity to adapt in a changing landscape.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Handle Casualty Auto claims from enquiry through liability assessment and timely resolution.
• FNOL: manage shared mailboxes, open new claims, payments and vendor invoices.
• Coordinate with Team Manager/Senior Adjuster for vendor and litigation management.
• Maintain internal stakeholder communication and support QA processes.
• Contribute to best-practice procedures for Casualty Complex claims.
