Job summary

AIG Europe S.A. (Spain branch) is seeking a Casualty Auto claims handler to manage low complexity claims from enquiry to resolution, ensuring accurate liability assessments and timely outcomes.

You will handle FNOL, open new claims, process payments, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining strong customer service and regulatory compliance.

The role requires insurance experience, attention to detail and the ability to work in a team in an office setting in Madrid.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, mainly in Claims or Operations.
• Knowledge of legal/regulatory and procedural requirements.
• Result driven with strong time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle Casualty Auto low-complexity claims from enquiry to resolution.
• Determine coverage, perform quantum analysis and liability assessment.
• Manage FNOL, open new claims, borderaux payments and vendor invoice payments.
• Coordinate with Team Manager/Senior Adjuster for vendor and litigation management.
• Internal stakeholder communication and QA-driven improvement of claim files.
• Maintain best-practice procedures for Casualty Complex claims in line with global standards.
