A leading social gaming startup is seeking a Casino Partnership Manager. This role involves negotiating commercial agreements, expanding the content portfolio through strategic partnerships, and managing supplier relationships to ensure profitability. The ideal candidate will have experience in gaming or digital content and strong negotiation skills.

Role Overview
The Casino Partnership Manager will expand our content portfolio through strategic partnerships with game providers, negotiate favorable commercial terms with new and existing game providers, and manage key supplier relationships to ensure a diverse, engaging, and profitable game offering.
Core Responsibilities
Commercial Negotiation & Deal Structure
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with new and existing partners
Advocate for strategic advantages, including exclusive launches, improved commercial terms, and priority positioning
Structure deals that align with business goals and maximize ROI
Work with Legal to ensure agreements protect company interests
Develop standardized deal templates and negotiation frameworks
Business Development & Partnership Expansion
Source and evaluate new game providers to expand our content portfolio
Identify market gaps and player demands to guide partnership strategy
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential content partners
Represent our company at industry events to build network and discover new opportunities
Technical Feasibility Assessment
Collaborate with Engineering and Product from exploratory phase to completion
Identify technical integration costs and requirements for new partnerships
Evaluate compatibility of potential partners with our platform architecture
Balance commercial opportunity with technical investment in partnership decisions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal tools and trackers with relevant provider and game data
Work alongside Commercial Insights, Live Ops, and Platform teams to align on priorities
Work with Live Ops, Retention, and Finance teams to fully utilize supplier rebates for marketing and promotional activities
Identify potential blockers early and support teams in meeting operational deadlines
Qualifications
Required
3+ years of experience in account management or partner-facing roles
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Organized and responsible; able to take initiative and work with self-direction
Experience within gaming, digital content, or entertainment industries
Preferred
Experience as an account manager at a slot game supplier or slot game aggregator
Background in social casino with sweepstakes, or online real money gaming
Familiarity with game integration workflows and technical specifications
Experience in content licensing and digital distribution
Understanding of casino game mechanics and player behavior
