Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage cashiering or similar.
• Very good command of Greek and English with strong guest-service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of point-of-sale, card payment and hotel systems.
• Good numerical accuracy and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong time-management, prioritization and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Guest-focused and service-oriented approach, with the ability to remain calm and effective during busy periods.
• Strong teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts according to operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Review and enter restaurant and bar orders accurately in the designated point-of-sale system.
• Finalize guest bills, issue invoices and process approved room, event and departmental charges accurately.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely, completing daily cashier closing procedures and required reports.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of outlet menus and products to support guests and operational teams.
• Verify and communicate relevant guest information, including payment methods, entitlements, allergies and special requests.
• Work across different restaurants and bars as required, prioritizing transactions and operational tasks during busy periods.
• Provide professional guest assistance, maintain a clean and secure workstation, protect personal and financial information, and comply with company policies, Brand Standards, financial controls and Health & Safety requirements.
