Join our International Operations team in Barcelona, supporting the Cash Payment sector and engaging in collaborative projects across hubs including Berlin and India. Our operations focus on building long-term relationships with key institutional clients and delivering strong stakeholder returns.

The team handles the accurate processing of international and domestic cash payments, along with middle office tasks for corporate clients. We emphasize proper procedure execution, risk reduction, and process improvements within a regulated environment.

As a new team member, you will join a dedicated, experienced group committed to in-depth learning of Cash Payment Products.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to ad-hoc issues or client queries with accurate communication.
• Identify and mitigate risks in manual procedures, ensuring compliance with policies, audits, and regulations.
• Manage daily middle office processing tasks.
• Support transformation and optimization initiatives to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Produce and manage MIS, internal reports, and department statistics.

Skills:

• Degree in Economics or Law preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish communication, with ability to collaborate internationally.
• Excellent MS-Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
• Banking experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on quality and issue resolution.
