Benaguasil, Valencia About Us Exotic Cash and Carry Wholesale is a fast-growing multicultural food cash & carry and distributor, bringing authentic African, Asian, and global products to communities and businesses across Europe. Our Benaguasil location is the heart of our local retail and B2B supply chain. We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and bilingual Office Assistant to support daily operations at our Cash & Carry facility. Key Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to the Cash & Carry manager and overall team. Oversee and organize daily office operations, including filing and documentation. Prepare proformas, standard invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes. Track and document all incoming and outgoing inventory in coordination with warehouse staff. Maintain databases for stock, pricing, and supplier / client information. Be the first point of contact for walk-in clients and suppliers (basic reception duties). Schedule and coordinate delivery logistics and client pickups. Ensure compliance with internal procedures on records, quality control, and financial documentation. Monitor stationery levels, admin supplies, and office resources. Assist in other back-office functions such as order entry, returns, and minor bookkeeping. Coordinate with the sales and purchasing teams on updated product availability. Support marketing and promotional activities (printing flyers, setting up POS materials). Help maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in-store and in-office. Qualifications :
knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus. Must be responsible, organized, punctual, and proactive with strong attention to detail. Proven ability to multitask and work well under minimal supervision. Basic to intermediate computer and system skills (MS Excel, Word, email platforms, Google Drive). Prior experience in office administration, invoicing, customer service, or retail operations is highly valued. Knowledge of inventory software or retail POS systems is a bonus.
