Dreams for Change in Galicia, Spain seeks a dedicated program coordinator to support participants through intake, assessments, and tailored service plans that address employment barriers, financial stability, and housing stabilization.

You will connect clients to housing stability resources, employment support, and community programs while tracking outcomes and coordinating with partners to ensure progress. At least 2–3 years in program services and strong communication are required.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Conduct intake and assessments for new participants
• Develop service plans focused on employment barriers, financial stability and housing stabilization
• Provide individualized resources and referrals to community programs
• Assist clients in advocating for services they qualify for
• Provide on-the-job-training support
• Work with Housing Specialists for client re-housing
• Develop partnerships with other community-based organizations
• Track outcomes and data management of participants’ activities and accomplishments
• Communicate with On The Job Supervisors to track participant progress
• Other duties as assigned

• Provide on-the-job-training support
• Work with partner Housing Specialists for client re-housing
• Develop partnerships with other community based organizations
• Track outcomes and data management of participants’ activities and accomplishments
• Communicate with On The Job Supervisors to track participant progress
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Human Services, or similar degree, or related field experience required.
• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years in program services

• Be driven to succeed, organized, proactive, innovative, responsible, assertive, and flexible
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Have the capacity to effectively and efficiently handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Must be able to work collaboratively with staff, program partners and volunteers
• Must possess a solid understanding of data collection
