About The Role

Join our mission to make the world a smaller place, one seamless relocation at a time. As a Spanish-speaking Global Mobility Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for international talents, providing them with support to navigate immigration intricacies. Your main goal is to facilitate smooth immigration and relocation processes to Spain while expanding our expertise in the Spanish market.

Success in this role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a proactive attitude. What You’ll Do

1. Handle inquiries from international talents and serve as the main contact for internal stakeholders, addressing questions about visa processes, residence permits, paperwork, etc., via chat and internal tools.
2. Manage relocation cases from start to finish, including document prep, application completion, scheduling appointments at immigration offices, and submitting applications through official channels.
3. Coordinate with authorities to facilitate appointments and expedite procedures.
4. Keep clients informed about case progress.
5. Own Spanish immigration and relocation projects, developing and maintaining processes, workflows, and guidelines.
6. Stay updated on immigration laws and contribute to our knowledge base.
7. Collaborate with the product team on new features using your platform experience.
8. Support sales and marketing efforts to expand our reach.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years experience in Spanish immigration law, specifically with visa and residence permit applications and renewals.
• Possession of a digital certificate or “Clave Firma” and based in Spain.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in customer interactions and understanding relocation challenges.
• Fast learner, autonomous worker.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in engaging with people.
• Experience working remotely in multicultural environments.
• Positive attitude in stressful situations, with patience for multiple requests.
