Formación

  • At least 3+ years of experience with major telecom operators.
  • In-depth knowledge of telecom services market, especially SMS/Voice.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

We are looking for a Carrier Relations Manager with a proven track record of success to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with partners and carriers in both the Voice and SMS business units.

We are a group of companies specialized in software development for the telecom sector, operating as a niche telecom provider. We offer voice and messaging traffic transit services to the B2B segment in the international market.

Key responsibilities :

  • Managing relationships with existing partners, identifying their needs, and selling SMS or Voice routes
  • Coordinating SMS or Voice traffic exchange with partners and internal teams
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships to enhance loyalty
  • Overseeing the entire sales process: routing, pricing, and quality monitoring
  • Attending international conferences to foster partnerships
  • Implementing partner development strategies based on market data
  • Sharing information with colleagues to achieve business goals
  • Preparing performance reports and maintaining CRM records
  • Collaborating with other departments on legal, financial, and technical issues
  • Supporting new accounts in cooperation with the Business Development team
  • Participating in additional company projects

What we expect :

  • Proven experience (at least 3+ years) working with major telecom operators or players in SMS/Voice
  • In-depth knowledge of the telecom services market, especially SMS/Voice
  • Expertise in sales techniques
  • Strong PC and office software skills
  • Teamwork skills and flexibility
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strong time management and self-organization skills
  • Proficiency in English

Will be a plus : Knowledge of other foreign languages
