Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it has developed its own collections based on workwear originals.

Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the past two decades, our business has grown organically, along with our customers, the culture surrounding the brand, and our employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.

We are looking for you as a Assistant Store Manager (m/f/x) for our store in San Sebastián.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in managing and operating the store daily
• Act as Deputy in the absence of the Store Manager
• Understand and implement procedures and company directives
• Ensure sales targets are met
• Support the store team with product knowledge to ensure excellent customer service
• Meet sales goals by mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff
• Maintain the store's condition and visual merchandising standards
• Ensure timely processing of deliveries

Your Profile:

• Ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Fluency in Spanish and good English skills are advantageous
