What’s Your Mission?

As our Business & Personal Key support person, you will be the right hand to our CEO, ensuring seamless operations both professionally and personally. You’ll thrive in fast-paced environments, managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling communications, and keeping everything running smoothly. Your organizational prowess, international exposure, and attention to detail will be essential to supporting IKONO’s leadership.

What You’ll Do :

Executive Support

1. Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and ensuring optimal time management.
2. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents ahead of key meetings.
3. Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.

Strategic Coordination

1. Support with research and special projects that align with IKONO’s expansion goals.
2. Coordinate international business engagements and logistics.

Global Exposure

1. Work in a truly international setting, liaising with teams and stakeholders across multiple countries.
2. Navigate cultural differences with ease, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
