Overview

Opportunity for English Speaking Telesales Professionals to Thrive Remotely. This role is ideal for those with a proven track record in sales, particularly over the phone. As a Telesales Executive, you will be working with existing customers, offering them additional services that cater to their needs. Your primary goal will be to make sales and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to offer additional services.
• Sell these services to customers, explaining the benefits and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Take payments from customers and update their details in our system.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, especially over the phone.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Registered as Autónomo in Spain.
• Reside in Spain or Gibraltar.
• Owning a laptop and reliable internet connection.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Comfortable using technology.
• Flexibility, quick thinking, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 10am – 7pm (with a 1-hour lunch).
• Friday: 10am – 3pm.
• Total weekly hours: 37.
