Department of Professional Careers at San Pablo CEU University - Career Advisor (Temporary Position)

The Department of Professional Careers at San Pablo CEU University is seeking a Career Advisor to fill a temporary position due to maternity leave.

Responsibilities:

1. Job Offer Identification: Find national and international job offers aligned with candidates' profiles, focusing on major firms in the legal sector and adopting an international approach across all sectors.
2. Company Relations: Identify and build long-term relationships with companies, including international ones, to channel their job offers through USP CEU Career Services, participate in job fairs, etc.
3. Career Counseling: Provide advice on sector information, job search strategies, application tips, entrepreneurship, and self-employment.
4. CV Book Preparation: Prepare CV Books for companies, including competence matching.
5. Event Organization: Organize and participate in employment-related events.

Requirements:

• Graduates in ADE, Economics, Law, Engineering, Pharma, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
• MBA or similar from a prestigious business school; certification in assessment tools such as PDA, MBTI, etc.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in professional recruitment consultancy within the legal sector.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher.
