Why we need this role
The Carbon Accounting Specialist will be an integral member of the ESG Team, focusing on the centralization and consistency of carbon data across the organization. This role entails measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the global carbon footprint of Colt, requiring the management of complex data sets at various levels, including global, country, site, and project. As such, strong time and stakeholder management skills, along with data analysis expertise, are essential.
The primary objective is to establish a structured, controlled, and integrated approach to carbon data management throughout all Colt functions and at the Group level, thereby embedding our ESG agenda across the business. Additionally, your knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks—such as SBT, CDP, and TPT—will be vital in enhancing the collection of datasets, narratives, and evidence for auditing purposes.
