Frey Recruitment is seeking a Captain for a 45m motor yacht currently in the Mediterranean, with winter operations based in Palma, Mallorca. The role is with a private, family-oriented program, offering steady work and strong shore-based support.

The ideal candidate will hold Master 3000, have leadership by example, and bring proven experience in a similar role or as Chief Officer with demonstrated drive time. Balearics itinerary expected; start in Balearics.

Seeking a Captain for a 45m MY currently int the Med.

This is a well established private, family oriented program with an excellent reputation. This winter will be spent in Palma with next summer spent in the Med. They have a Palma base and could suit someone who lives in Mallorca. This is a steady program with structured use and good shore based support.

Seeking an experienced Captain with Master 3000 who has experience in a similar role or an experienced Chief Officer with proven drive time. They are looking for someone who can lead by example.
