A leading company in luxury yacht management is seeking a Seasonal Captain for a private sailing yacht. The successful candidate will have strong sailing and engineering skills, ideally stepping up from a First Mate position. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated crew in the Mediterranean, while enjoying 38 days of paid leave. Passion for teamwork and technical knowledge are essential.

We are recruiting a Seasonal Captain for a classic 30m private sailing yacht with a crew of four. The ideal candidate is a hands-on skipper with engineering skills who is happy to be involved in deck operations and lead by example. This is a great opportunity for a First Mate with a Yachtmaster 200GT, strong sailing background, and solid Mediterranean experience to step up into their first Captain role under the guidance of a supportive management.

Itinerary : Mediterranean

Package : Salary paid in Euros, 38 days’ pay leave

Experience / Skills required :

• Minimum 2 seasons as First Mate or Captain on sailing yachts 24m+
• Strong engineering skills and hands-on technical knowledge
• Excellent sailing and navigational abilities
• Willingness to work on deck and contribute to day-to-day yacht operations
• Team player with a positive attitude, comfortable working in a small crew
• Confident working under management and following instructions
