We are looking to expand our sales team at our Madrid offices with a Fundraiser to continue raising awareness among the local business community.

The selected candidate will perform the following functions:

• Present the Foundation to current and potential client companies to establish collaborative relationships.
• Conduct commercial prospecting, fundraising from companies, and maintain client relationships.
• Advise on compliance with the LGD (Disability Law) and present different Foundation projects.
• Create synergies with other divisions of the group to promote cross-selling and identify new opportunities.
• Participate in awareness projects with clients and follow-up activities.
• Support other tasks within the area.

What requirements should you meet?

• University studies are valued (preferably psychology, pedagogy, labor relations, or related social sciences), but not mandatory.
• Specific training related to disability or at-risk groups is valued.
• Experience in sales management, preferably in service sector companies.
• Clear service orientation and commercial mindset.
• Responsible, proactive, initiative-taking, and capable of handling responsibilities.
