Within our single-source solution the Capital Markets offering provides a wide range of administrative, corporate, agency and banking services to support conventional as well as structured debt capital markets and loan market transactions. We partner with a broad spectrum of market participants including banks and non-bank financial institutions, private equity, asset managers, consultants and law firms, building on our global network for both local and international cross-border deals.
In this sales role you will be responsible for originating and completing mandates across the entire spectrum of Debt Capital Markets as well as Loan Finance transactions globally. You will also have the opportunity to work on cross product transactions leveraging Apex’s global fund, financial and corporate services offering. We are looking for a person who enjoys working within an innovative minded environment. They will need the ability to effectively prioritise and manage in a fast changing environment.
What you would be working on:
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with Spanish and international market players who are involved in debt finance transactions that require administrative services such as the set up and management of SPVs, loans and other trust & agency services.
  • Defining and implementing effective sales strategies that attract and retain prestigious clients, enhancing Apex’s market presence and reputation in the financial industry.
  • Originating, solutioning and executing new transactions
  • Preparation and presentation of deal documentation for internal committees
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping of sales activities within our CRM system Salesforce.
Your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
  • Relevant 7+ years experience in the financial services industry with an existing network
  • Experience with any of SPV administration, Loan Agency, Structured finance/credit, Securitisations/ABS, Bonds
  • Client centric with an eye for detail and the ability to problem-solve
  • Willing to navigate and cross-sell the extensive wider Apex single-source solution
  • Communicative personality with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
