Formación

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in FMCG, Paint/Coatings, or Retail.
  • Extensive experience in IBP processes and planning tools.
  • Fluent in English.

Capacity & Resource Manager

The main purpose of this role is to:

  1. Manage the Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) process and handle planned production capability exceptions for supply points, including production sites and relevant tollers/TPMs.
  2. Manage distribution plan capacity, transportation capacity in main flows, and handle inventory and order fluctuation exceptions.
  3. Lead the interface with manufacturing for sites and oversee the Site Review step in the IBP process.
  4. Provide capacity planning inputs for the IBP and S&OE processes, ensuring optimal balance of plant and warehouse capacities monthly.
  5. Ensure master data accuracy and proper transactional data management.
  6. Maintain good communication and integration with planning teams, manufacturing, logistics, customer care, and other stakeholders. Drive MDI meetings and KPI reporting.
  7. Support projects and process improvements to enhance planning performance and efficiency.
About the role
  • Create an aggregated Demand, Supply, Inventory (DSI) plan for BU Region for the IBP horizon.
  • Develop BU Region RCCP for multiple sites.
  • Manage production capacity exceptions and develop mitigation scenarios.
  • Lead Make-Supply and Deliver-Supply gatekeeping meetings to align plans and address risks.
  • Contribute RCCP inputs to governance processes.
  • Review and manage warehouse capacity plans and exceptions.
  • Maintain production and warehouse capacity settings in the system.
  • Collaborate with CI team to improve capacity performance.
  • Coordinate with demand management, manufacturing, and logistics teams.

About You
  • University degree with at least 6 years’ experience in FMCG, Paint/Coatings, or Retail supply chain improvement or consulting.
  • Extensive experience in supply planning, IBP processes, SAP ECC, BI, and planning tools.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong change management, project management, problem-solving skills, and results-oriented mindset.
