Action is seeking a Capacity Planner to join the Process Control department at the Banyeres de Penedès Distribution Center. You will translate central forecasts into local capacity plans, support outbound/inbound and process operations, and collaborate with management to optimize staffing and resources.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of capacity or demand planning experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English to communicate with global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
• Fluency in English for global stakeholder communication.
• 3+ years in capacity/demand forecasting or supply chain planning.

Responsabilidades

• Transfer central forecast to local forecast for outbound/inbound and process ops.
• Analyze data and prepare staffing forecasts for capacity planning.
• Assess staffing levels based on forecasts and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate with team leaders on operational capacity matters.
• Provide reports on employment forecast and performance to management.
• Maintain planning systems and implement process improvements.
