Ball Corporation, a global leader in sustainable aluminium packaging, seeks a Production Planner for its Llinars del Vallès site. You will manage the master schedule, coordinate cross-functional planning, and ensure timely material availability to balance capacity and demand.

Key responsibilities include BOM/routing maintenance, materials procurement, ERP updates, and monitoring KPIs to improve efficiency and service levels. On-site role with competitive salary and benefits.

Formación

• Educational background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and results.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; SAP/ERP experience desirable.
• Strong communication skills and cross-department collaboration.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule with Customer Service and Production teams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize plant efficiency and customer service levels.
• Manage capacity planning and update ERP systems to reflect production capabilities.
• Monitor outputs, changeovers, and metrics (OEE/MOD) to improve planning accuracy.
• Create and maintain BOMs, routings, and packing specifications for finished goods.
• Manage procurement and supply of raw materials to ensure timely availability and cost efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels and align with budget targets for raw materials and finished goods.
• Manage supplier interactions and resolve raw material quality issues.
• Support logistics processes including import/export documentation.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and ISO/BRC standards and maintain records.
