What will you be doing?

Managing a team of Regional Candidate Experience Partners to source top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partnering and Talent Support Coordination teams. Lead, coach, and empower the team to follow processes, use innovative sourcing techniques, and build strong candidate pipelines. Use data insights and promote diversity and inclusion to shape the client's workforce.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and coach Candidate Experience Partners, ensuring process adherence and KPI/SLAs compliance.
• Analyze sourcing and conversion data to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Develop and maintain a pool of potential candidates, ensuring effective communication and positive experience.
• Proactively source and engage talent via LinkedIn, referrals, Boolean searches, and other channels.
• Ensure process accuracy and candidate experience quality.
• Support difficult-to-fill roles through shadowing or coaching.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to improve processes and sourcing strategies.
• Promote diversity by ensuring inclusive candidate pools.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and German.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, social media, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
• Understanding of labor market trends and industry-specific recruitment challenges.
• Experience managing a sourcing team and leveraging social platforms for talent engagement.
• Commitment to inclusion, collaboration, and excellence.
