What will you be doing?
  1. Proactively engage and source top talent using innovative and collaborative techniques to build strong candidate pipelines.
  2. Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Leverage data-driven insights, apply advanced sourcing techniques, and promote diversity and inclusion to shape our clients' future workforce.
Key responsibilities:
  • Analyze sourcing and conversion data using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assess sourcing efficiency and optimize strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a community of potential candidates, ensuring effective communication and a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Proactively identify, source, and engage top talent through channels like LinkedIn, employee referrals, and Boolean searches.
  • Conduct phone screens and/or video interviews, document feedback, and coordinate with Hiring Managers on candidate suitability.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve talent acquisition processes, ensuring efficiency and innovation.
  • Ensure diverse candidate pools for all positions to promote inclusion.
What you will bring:
  • Native or advanced proficiency in English and French (C1-C2).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sourcer or similar role, with knowledge of engaging candidates with ownership and inclusivity.
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, social media, and professional networking platforms.
  • Strong understanding of labor market trends and industry-specific recruitment challenges.
  • Curiosity and willingness to collaborate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
