What is your mission?
Reporting to the IT / HR, the Campus & Workplace Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining an amazing work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
You will ensure that wellbeing and a healthy environment are our first priority and take action to resolve issues when they fall below the expected standards, through proactive monitoring of our campus, keeping an inventory of building maintenance repair / replace items and liaising with building maintenance / vendors.
As a Campus & Workplace Manager, you will also be a TDCX ambassador to visitors and clients ensuring a smooth a successful visit.
Responsabilities :
Appraise and manage all building-related vendor relationships providing services regarding hygiene, cleaning, security, landscaping, and other services and coordinate regularly with those vendors.
Management and control of workspace inventory (pantry supplies and other general office supplies) and working in tandem with the Finance Team to control budget and spending.
Ordering of all workspaces supplies following TDCX purchasing processes. Collate and verify vendor invoices. Maintain documentation / expenses for all workspace-related documents (quotations, PRs, POs, invoices, delivery receipts, etc.)
Manage the campus operational budget with continual review to identify streamlining and cost savings.
Assist in the co-ordination, renovation, design and refurbishment of existing and new office sites, and compile and maintain accurate floor plans, renders, and other construction documents of the current sites.
Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols and audits.
Maintain check-in and check-out security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing and returning visitor badges.
Participate in RFPs with Client Solutions and / or the Engagement team to ensure a WOW Factor experience for all clients and prospect visitors to the campus.
Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance work and safety inspections as scheduled.
Ensure adherence to quality standards like ISO, ISO and health and safety regulations.
Coordinates the cleaning, installation, maintenance and repair work in buildings
Oversee all repairs, vendors´ deliveries and ensure that work is completed on time.
Maintain a high attention to detail and take pride in the workspace,
Conduct regular quality checks on shared resources (e.g., testing pantry items like coffee) and proactively suggest improvements to enhance employee satisfaction.
Who are we looking for?
BS in Business Administration Environmental, Health, Safety or equivalent
Preferably 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Demonstrates understanding of coordination and integration of building services with space planning needs
Knowledgeable of Building Life and Safety Codes, and regulatory requirements
Strong understanding of building management protocol and processes.
Strong organizational skills. Must have the ability to manage multiple priority efforts and ensure that quality assurance standards are followed.
Fluent in English and Spanish
Effective budgeting and performance management.
Solid understanding of local laws, health and safety regulations (European Normativity) and practices.
Fantastic organizational and leadership skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Extensive experience of leading and managing large teams
