You will develop and execute a regional tactical marketing plan for EMEA, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the Food Science Division.
Your Impact :
- Develop and execute regional tactical marketing plans for EMEA, aligned with divisional goals.
- Propose, manage, and participate in local events, tradeshows, workshops, and webinars.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations as appropriate, aligned with divisional positioning and messaging.
- Generate regional campaigns and promotions after validation by a global tactical marketing manager.
- Create local sales tools as required, following validation by the global tactical marketing manager.
- Measure ROI of tactical plan elements.
- Contribute to the division's eMarketing program (SEM, SEO, SMM).
- Support internal sales teams to establish Bio-Rad’s presence in the industry.
- Assist sales and business development managers in identifying new customers and developing markets.
- Help build, maintain, and segment the CRM database.
- Provide regional competitive feedback.
- Offer insights on regional strategies for new product development and competitor activity.
- Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in collaboration with strategic marketing and sales teams.
What You Bring :
- Education in marketing / sales, microbiology, molecular biology, or food safety.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing and / or sales.
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing or sales role within the Food Science sector.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language (French, German, Italian, or Spanish) is preferable.
- Self-motivated, credible, and capable of managing activities that drive sales and profitability throughout the product lifecycle.
- Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries, with cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Well-organized, autonomous, and proactive.
